Your Role and Impact:

As a Surveyor within our Construction team, you will work across a diverse mix of high-rise and major construction projects, balancing site presence with technical office-based work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering accurate and timely construction surveys that directly contribute to project success
• Completing fieldwork, calculations, pre-calculations, sketches, and survey processing
• Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Utilising advanced surveying equipment and software to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to support effective communication and progress
• Utilising advanced surveying technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Operating with a high level of autonomy, while staying connected to a strong internal support network

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Survey Technician or Surveyor, with exposure to construction projects (high-rise experience highly regarded)
• Proficiency in 12d software and Leica and/or Trimble survey equipment
• A relevant qualification in Surveying
• Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as an Associate, Graduate, or above
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering quality results
